Bridgeforce Data Solutions is a leading financial technology firm focused on helping clients improve their data accuracy and speed up decision cycles through our fundamentally different approach to business intelligence. Most start with the data and look for what can be found in these big piles of data. We go the other way: leveraging deep expertise in lending businesses to define the questions and ongoing decisions that you need to answer in a data-driven way.
We concentrate on helping clients in two key areas: Data Inspection & Compliance, and Data Insights & Analytics. Our Data Quality Scanner® is the most powerful solution for ensuring credit reporting accuracy and compliance to CRAs and NSCRAs, and our analytic insights are informed by decades of experience running and advising clients on lending businesses. We do this by assembling a great team and working together to create and maintain an environment that positions each team member for success. We recognize that rapid progress requires a combination of knowledge, courage, and commitment, and we foster growth in those qualities through a culture of trust and respectful-but-direct communication.

Jay has nearly 20 years of experience in consumer banking, focused on the data and reporting needs in credit risk, default management, loss forecasting, and compliance. Jay started his career with a large regional bank as a consumer loan collector – and within three years was managing a team of 40 collectors. As manager of that team, Jay identified significant gaps in the information and reporting available to manage performance. Rather than wait for dedicated IT and Analytic resources to become available, Jay took it upon himself to build out a suite of key performance reports joining the collections system, dialer, and systems of record – to enable the various leaders to effectively coach and manage their teams. Jay became the Vice President of Default Management Analytics as a result of this effort. Jay joined the consulting team at Bridgeforce in 2011. Jay has been a core team member in a diverse range of projects, including technology deployment, vendor system selection, project management support, policy and procedure documentation, and the development and enhancement of compliance management systems. Jay’s passions though have always been the data focused projects: data-driven strategy development, scorecard validations, and measuring controls effectiveness, to name a few. Jay transitioned to Bridgeforce Data Solutions in 2020 to follow his passions for understanding data and using it to build the actionable insights that make tomorrow better than yesterday for clients.
