CHADDS FORD, PA – March 18, 2025 – Bridgeforce Data Solutions introduced Agent Assist Essentials, a new offering within its Data Quality Scanner ecosystem this week. Agent Assist Essentials, available as a free limited-time add-on to the Disputes Module, enables agents to view the complete history related to credit reporting furnishing and disputes data at the account and customer levels.
Additionally, it will display historical changes made by a dispute agent after receiving a dispute.
The Data Quality Scanner Disputes module enables users to view all the credit bureau information furnished and disputed about a customer’s account during its lifetime, how other Dispute Agents have responded, any Data Quality Scanner rules triggered in the furnished Metro 2® files, ACDV files, or AUDs, and related analytics. The Agent Assist Essentials add-on will offer even more powerful views with additional sorting to make Quality Assurance (QA) efforts more effective and efficient.
Agent Assist Essentials is a testament to Bridgeforce Data Solutions’ commitment to user-centric innovation, incorporating feedback directly from Disputes Modules clients. The initial results are promising, with QA Analysts experiencing a reduction in their review time for certain use cases of over 90%.
“We are excited to announce the general availability of this new feature and get it in the hands of additional clients. The initial time savings have been a significant incremental benefit, and we look forward to seeing how more disputes teams begin utilizing it,” said CEO Matt Scarborough.
Agent Assist Essentials is a precursor to the full-fledged Agent Assist module, set to launch in the second half of 2025. This comprehensive module is designed to provide real-time decision support for dispute agents, identifying discrepancies in ACDV request data, alerting users to incomplete or illogical updates in dispute responses, and allowing them to view any changes from data furnishing to the ACDV request.
“Combining insights from across the Metro 2 data journey through disputes has helped provide a complete view into the credit reporting data journey. We look forward to continuing to evolve the Data Quality Scanner for more and more insights,” said Scarborough.
